Engagements

Four private instruments for leaders navigating decisions of long-term consequence.

Introduction

One practice. Four instruments. One door.

The work is conducted in one architecture and offered in four shapes — each a complete instrument, each a possible door into the next. A single examination. A succession review. A season held in measured company. A sustained line of one-to-one mentorship.

Every engagement begins with a written enquiry and is accepted on alignment and fit. Fees from the shorter engagements are credited in full against a subsequent season of mentorship, should one follow.

On selection

Not every engagement is accepted. That selectivity protects the work.

All four instruments are conducted by the principal. None are delegated. Capacity is limited, and engagements are accepted on alignment with the work — not on availability of the calendar.

A written enquiry of two or three paragraphs is sufficient. Name the decision, position or transition you have in view, and the engagement you believe is the right shape for it. If a different shape is better suited, that will be said plainly.

One practice. Four instruments. One written enquiry.
