The Intensive

A twelve-week season of leadership intelligence, conducted in a small company.

Introduction

Private mentorship, conducted in company.

The Intensive is a twelve-week, principal-led season conducted with a small company of senior leaders — never more than eight, by selection. Each participant brings one decision, position or transition of consequence and works it across the season in private sessions with the principal. Three convenings of the full company anchor the work. It is not a cohort, not a course, not a programme. It is a season of leadership intelligence, held in measured company.

The season

Four movements,twelve weeks.

The private work is the spine. The convenings exist to sharpen it — never to replace it.

I.

First convening — Position

Three hours, private. The company assembles and each participant names, on the record, the decision or position under examination for the season. Conducted by the principal, no audience, no recording.

II.

The middle weeks — Private examinations

Eight private sessions across the season — a sustained one-to-one line of work between participant and principal, in the same architecture as private mentorship. The convenings exist to sharpen this line, not to replace it.

III.

Second convening — Conviction

Three hours, private. Mid-season examination of the operating beliefs that have surfaced in the private work — what is being kept, what is being shed, what is being held under different conditions.

IV.

Closing convening — Position, redrafted

Three hours, private. Each participant returns to the position named at the opening and redrafts it on the record. The principal delivers a written close to each participant within ten days.

What is included

Written intake

Who it is for

Senior leaders prepared to work in measured company.

Founders, principals, partners, executives and senior operators who want the depth of private mentorship across a defined season, alongside the discipline of working in the presence of other serious leaders examining their own decisions.

The Intensive is run once or twice a year, by selection. It is not announced widely and is not marketed beyond this page. Engagements that continue beyond the season do so as private mentorship.

It is not a course, not a cohort, not a programme. It is a season — held in company, conducted in private.
