Irene Agunbiade is an organisational change and leadership consultant — an innovator shaped by senior tenure across UK banking, business, technology and financial services, with a track record of delivering measurable results.

A sought-after speaker on leadership, judgment and strategy — and a core-values advocate — she is the author of several titles, most notably The Road to Value, a guide to discovering and living one's values with purpose, impact and usefulness. She convenes the Increase Your Value conference, has authored numerous articles, chaired working groups on financial and leadership projects, and led a critically acclaimed study on market disruption.
